Failure to adhere to these terms could result in permanent blacklisting from future services or other consequences as deemed appropriate by the artist.General TermsYou must be 16 years of age or older to commission me.You must be 18 years of age or older to commission NSFW artwork from me.By placing an order with me you acknowledge that my artwork is strictly digital, meaning there will be no shipping of any physical goods.My work is for personal or private use only, meaning I do not allow for any of my artwork to be used for monetization or commercial purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise by me. If you intend to use my work for monetization or commercial purposes, please confirm this with me before beginning the commission process so that we can have a mutual agreement on your intentions for commissioning and using my artwork.As the artist, I reserve all rights to my artwork no matter the agreement or nature of use. This includes publishing the artwork on social media, adding it to my official portfolio, and any other instances of me still claiming and using the artwork as my own. If you do not wish to have your commissioned artwork published on my social medias for personal reasons, please let me know ahead of time.The client may not claim the commissioned artwork as their own, nor may they trace, copy, or redistribute the artwork in any capacity. Commercial uses of the artwork by the client are strictly prohibited unless previously agreed upon by me. Clients must always credit me as the artist if they repost their commissioned artwork to any platform.The client must give appropriate credit anytime the artwork is showcased (i.e. used as a profile picture, wallpaper, or non-profit advertisement) by listing or linking at least one of my social accounts where it is visible on their profile. (A simple mention of my username in your profile biography will normally suffice.)Under no circumstances is any individual, organization or body allowed to mint my artwork as an NFT (Non Fungible Token). My art, no matter the basis on which it is created, commissioned or otherwise, can not be minted into an NFT by the commissioner nor anyone else. I do not allow usage of my artwork for AI learning.Payment MethodPayment will be issued through PayPal invoice only.Please ensure that you are able to pay the fee for your order, or that you will be able to pay the fee at the time the order process is started.Prices are set based on a flat rate that may be subject to change depending on the complexity/specifications of your order. Additional fees may also be applied. Prices are non-negotiable and are set solely by me to ensure a fair price is paid for the work I do.Payment Terms + ProcessOrders are not first come first serve. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. I will decline your order if I do not feel comfortable working on it or if I am not able to.Once your order form is submitted, I will get back to you at the soonest convenience to confirm your order and let you know where you are on the waiting list. You may also check back periodically on my waiting list yourself to see when I might get to your order.Half of the payment is required upfront. The second half is sent once I finish the sketching phase and you approve the final sketch that I send to you.Edits or alterations can only be made during the sketching phase; once you approve the final sketch you may no longer request any major changes to the artwork. If you would still like to receive regular progress photos/WIPs, please specify this beforehand. I will be happy to provide updates! All edits made after completion of the artwork will likely be subject to additional fees.I do not allow refunds or cancellations once the sketching phase is complete. If you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, you must specify this before the final sketch is approved.Turnaround time varies greatly depending on the nature of the order, as well as my schedule and work queue at the time of the order. It may take me anywhere from 4-6 weeks to finish your artwork. I will let you know if this time frame is expected to change. Please be patient during this time.If for any reason I am unable to complete your order, I will notify you and give a full or partial refund, depending on the nature of the cancellation. A refund will always be issued in the case of an artist cancellation.Additional FeesRush Fee: Additional 50% of the total price will allow a spot on the priority list. Priority-listed orders can typically be expected to be finished within 2 weeks of order placement. Please note that rush orders can only be placed at my discretion depending on my ability to meet it. Please discuss deadlines with me ahead of time to confirm if this option is available or not.Commercial Rights Fee: 50% of the total price will allow commercial rights to the artwork.
